Shipping Policy

How freight is priced, arranged, and delivered for every PalletDrop order.

Flat-Rate Zones

Shipping is priced by a flat-rate zone based on the destination state on your order. You'll see an estimated range at checkout before you pay for the pallet itself.

States outside a flat-rate zone (and Zone 3) are freight-quoted — the exact cost depends on carrier availability and pallet weight/dimensions for your route.

Estimate vs. Confirmed Cost

Only the pallet price is charged at checkout. Shipping shown during checkout is an estimate, not a final charge — after you order, we confirm the exact freight cost and reach out directly to coordinate payment and delivery before anything ships.

Freight Delivery

Pallets ship via freight carrier, not a standard parcel service. Delivery is typically curbside — a liftgate is provided if you don't have a loading dock. Check your pallet's listing for its weight and whether unloading requires a forklift; if it does and you don't have one on-site, let us know when we coordinate delivery so we can arrange liftgate service.

Delivery Timing

Freight transit time depends on your shipping zone and carrier scheduling, typically 5–10 business days from when shipping is arranged. You'll get tracking details once your pallet is on a truck.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Inspect the pallet and shrink-wrap for visible damage before signing for delivery. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us right away with photos — this is the fastest way for us to file a freight claim on your behalf. Manifests reflect the condition and count at the time of listing; see our Terms of Service for how liquidation/returns stock is sold.
