Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing PalletDrop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What We Sell

PalletDrop lists liquidation pallets — customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls — at fixed prices. Every listing includes a manifest describing the items, quantities, and aggregated MSRP. There are no auctions or bidding; the listed price is the price.

Pallets are sold as-is. Condition labels (New, Like New, Used, Mixed, Salvage) describe the general expected condition of a pallet's contents, not a guarantee for every individual item. Manifests are compiled in good faith from the source retailer or supplier at the time of listing; PalletDrop doesn't inspect or test every unit before it ships.

3. Orders & Payment

Adding a pallet to your cart holds it for a limited time so other buyers can't purchase it out from under you. If checkout isn't completed before the hold expires, the pallet is released back to the shop automatically.

Placing an order is a binding commitment to purchase at the listed price. Only the pallet price is charged at checkout — shipping is estimated at checkout and confirmed separately; see our Shipping Policy.

4. No Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once an order is placed. Because manifests, condition, and pricing are disclosed up front, PalletDrop does not offer buyer-initiated refunds, returns, or cancellations after checkout. You'll be asked to acknowledge this at checkout before placing an order.

The only exception is if PalletDrop cancels your order — for example, if a pallet turns out to be damaged, miscounted, or otherwise unfit for sale after purchase. In that case, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full through the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Pallets ship via freight carrier after purchase. Shipping costs, delivery requirements (like liftgate or forklift access), and timing are covered in full in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Intended Use & Resale

Pallets are commonly purchased for resale. You're responsible for complying with any laws that apply to reselling the items you receive, including product safety, labeling, and any manufacturer restrictions. PalletDrop makes no representation that items are new, under warranty, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

PalletDrop's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits from resale — arising from a purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
